The Highland Dallas has a stunning lobby and excellent dining options, especially at Knife. but my experience was marred by several issues. The heating in my room was faulty, and the bed felt worn out, making it hard to get a good night's rest. While the location is convenient and the staff is friendly, these basic problems really impacted my overall stay.
